Hello everyone, it has been a long time since my last entry but now I am back to continue what I started last year witch was to document my experiences and travels in the kitchen. Soon you will see again some of my ideas and work from my kitchen along with some of my culinary travels.

Today was the launch of

A recipe resource, blog, cake design, "pop up pastry shop party" and culinary consulting busines.

It will specialize  in sharing techniques for creativity using modern equipment and innovative approaches to food. This is to help offer an understanding of ingredients and cooking techniques both modern and classic in order to refine individual cooking styles and increase skill levels in the kitchen.
